Junior E-commerce Manager

conDiva, a pioneering fashion brand at the forefront of Tango & Dance Fashion worldwide, is seeking a new addition to our dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Junior E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around coordinating with our production teams to streamline garment production and meticulously package orders, all while upholding our brand's commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Packaging: Collaborate closely with production teams to efficiently prepare and package orders accurately.
Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold meticulous attention to detail in assembling packages in alignment with our brand's guidelines.
Manage Inventory: Monitor packaging supplies and communicate restocking needs promptly.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure packaged orders meet our rigorous quality standards prior to shipment.
Assist with E-commerce Tasks: Offer support across various e-commerce functions, including order processing, product uploading, inventory management, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in packaging orders with precision and care.
Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational abilities to manage packaging tasks efficiently and oversee inventory.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Adaptability: Embrace the dynamic nature of e-commerce and readily take on new responsibilities as required.
Shopify and Photoshop Skills are preferred but not required.
