ABOUT THE JOB

Are you obsessed with design, aesthetics, and storytelling? Do you dream in colour palettes, typography, and layouts that move people?

We are creating iconic luxury residential projects and we need a Senior Graphic Designer with vision, courage, and craft to bring them to life. You will help shape how our brands are seen globally, collaborating with leading agencies in Sydney, London, and beyond, while working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager based here in Glyfada.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Design with purpose:
  Create visuals that look and feel like they came from a top-tier brand agency — sophisticated, bold, unforgettable.
• Social-first storytelling:
  Design and produce high-impact content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond (posts, reels, carousels, ads) that engage an audience who values beauty and detail.
• Brand-building:
  Shape the visual identity of our projects, each having individual personalities — from digital campaigns, EDMs to investor decks, brochures, and luxury touchpoints.
• Content & motion:
  Edit video clips, develop engaging motion graphics, and repurpose assets into elegant, scroll-stopping content across platforms.
• Trendspotting:
  Bring in fresh creative ideas, global design references, and luxury lifestyle inspiration.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  Work with marketing, E-commerce, product, and copywriting teams to support campaign objectives.
• Responsive design:
  Ensure designs look great on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Trend awareness:
  Stay current with design trends and technology, especially mobile and AI, proposing innovative solutions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• University Qualification or Tertiary Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
• 8+ years' experience in graphic design (ideally in luxury, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands).
• 3+ years of experience in visual design and animation/motion design.
• A killer portfolio that makes us go "wow" — showcasing creative vision across campaigns, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) + bonus points for After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva Pro, or AI creative tools.
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, with the ability to design for multiple formats and channels (social, print, web, mobile).
• Strong motion graphics skills with proven examples.
• Sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and colour — paired with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Technical skills: basic HTML/CSS and web design knowledge a plus.
• Extra skills (nice to have): photography, video production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (and ideally Greek), with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

• The role is located on-site in the office based in Glyfada, Athens.
