Junior Legal Counsel

corporate and commercial law

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including

  real estate agreements

• Support corporate

  , and daily
  legal operations
  .
• Conduct
  legal research
  and ensure alignment with applicable regulations across all departments.
• Assist in
  real estate transactions
  , including preparation and review of legal documentation.
• Handle administrative legal tasks:
  filings

  record-keeping

  meeting minutes
  , and
  contract tracking
  .
• Liaise with
  external legal counsel
  as required
