Πτυχίο λογιστικής από Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι./ΙΕΚ


• Τουλάχιστον τρία (3) χρόνια εμπειρίας σε λογιστικό γραφείο ή σε ανάλογη θέση λογιστηρίου εταιρίας


• Πολύ καλή γνώση ενός λογιστικού προγράμματος. Η γνώση ενός ή περισσοτέρων από τα ακόλουθα προγράμματα, PBS - PROSVASIS (ΛΟΓΙΣΤΙΚΗ) , Softone, Epsilon extra(ΜΙΣΘΟΔΟΣΙΑ), ENTERSOFT θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν .


• Καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word).


• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.


• Αναλυτική και συνθετική σκέψη.


• Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικό πνεύμα, οργάνωση.


• Προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων και αποτελεσματικότητα.

Αρμοδιότητες ρόλου:


• Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση τιμολογίων εξόδων, πωλήσεων, αγορών & εισαγωγών (ενδοκοινοτικών και τρίτων χωρών), παγίων, λοιπών συμψηφιστικών εγγραφών


• Έλεγχος αποστολής στοιχείων και συμφωνίας My Data με τα βιβλία της εταιρείας


• Έλεγχος Ισοζυγίου, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής και μητρώου παγίωνΣύνταξη και υποβολή των μηνιαίων & ετήσιων φορολογικών δηλώσεων (ΦΠΑ, Intrastat, Listing, Φ.Ε, Ε3, παρακρατούμενοι φόροι κ.λπ.) Σύνταξη & υποβολή ΑΠΔ,ΦΜΥ, Παρακρατούμενων φόρων, Βεβαιώσεων Αποδοχών καθώς και εντύπων προσλήψεων, απολύσεων κλπ.
