AEA RELATE, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for the ideal candidate to fill in the position of: Accountant. We are looking for the ideal candidate to support the operations of our Accounting Department, as part of an established team, with key responsibilities to:

  • Provide proper inputs to the Group's ERP system.
  • Reconcile accounts payable, receivables and banks.
  • Process invoicing.
  • Participate in contract management.
  • Prepare tax and social security contribution filings and interact with tax or social security authorities.
  • Oversee personnel-related activities (payroll, hiring, terminations, work schedules etc.)
  • Other activities of ad hoc nature.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
  • Master's degree or other professional qualification will be considered a plus.
  • 2+ years of work experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of SOFT1 ERP system. Solid understanding of accounting software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to liaise with finance and non-finance individuals.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in communications, media, advertising will be considered a plus.
