We're currently looking for an Accountant to join to join our team in Athens:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, reporting
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, real estate regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for financial reporting and audits
  • Assist with tax filings and liaise with external auditors when necessary
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to financial system enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, and operations) to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the Service/Hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pylon Epsilonet or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
