Role Description

We're looking for a
Desktop Support Specialist
to join our team in Athens. In this role, you'll:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide responsive technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Assist with network administration and basic security tasks.
  • Maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral systems to keep operations seamless.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving mindset.

This is a hands-on role in a professional environment, offering real-world experience with international clients and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of
    Network Administration
    and
    Network Security
    fundamentals.
  • Experience in
    IT troubleshooting
    (internships, projects, or prior roles).
  • Strong
    customer service
    and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
