About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM to join our client's IT operations team in Athens. This is a fully onsite, B2B contract role supporting end-users and IT infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide onsite Level 1 & Level 2 support for end-user devices, applications, and IT systems.


• Manage and maintain SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure, including deployment, patching, and device compliance.


• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).


• Support Windows OS, Office 365, and standard enterprise applications.


• Monitor IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely incident resolution and escalation when required.


• Perform system upgrades, deployments, and software distribution using SCCM.


• Work collaboratively with regional/global IT teams to ensure IT operations align with corporate standards.


• Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 3–5 years of IT Support experience in enterprise environments.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (deployment, patch management, compliance policies).


• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking basics.


• Experience supporting hardware devices and peripherals.


• Ability to work independently onsite and manage priorities effectively.


• Strong communication skills in English (Greek language is an advantage).


• EU work authorization (mandatory, as this is onsite in Athens).
