Η Domes Resorts καλωσορίζει το πρώτο degustation εστιατόριο στο Θησείο. Ο Executive Chef Πέτρος Δήμας και η ταλαντούχα ομάδα του δημιουργούν την απόλυτη fine dining εμπειρία και επιμελούνται ένα μενού βασισμένο στην Ελληνική δημιουργική κουζίνα.

Πρακτική Άσκηση Σπουδαστών/ριών στην Ζαχαροπλαστική

Requirements

Ο/η ασκούμενος/η στο τμήμα της Ζαχαροπλαστικής, θα εξασκηθεί μεταξύ άλλων:

  • στη δημιουργία μενού επιδορπίων
  • στη καθοδήγηση και συνεργασία της ομάδας για καλύτερη απόδοση
  • στη διαχείριση αποθήκης και πρώτων υλών (Εντοπισμός ελλείψεων και αναπλήρωση των υλικών)
  • στον έλεγχο ποιότητας υλικών
  • στη παρασκευή επιδορπίων και γλυκισμάτων
  • στη συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας για τις επιμέρους παρασκευές

Χρήσιμο να έχετε:

  • Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ και δικτύου
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (επίπεδο C2)
  • Εξοικείωση με Microsoft Office
