E-Commerce Specialist

Role Purpose: The positon holder will play a key role in ensuring our product listings are
accurate, visually appealing, and uploaded in a timely manner. This role involves working
closely with the content, photography, and buying teams to bring our digital storefront to
life.

Key accountabilities:

• Writing product descriptions and editing product photos to align with the brand's
  tone and visual identity. Ensuring consistency, clarity, and appeal across all product
  pages.
• Uploading new products to the e-Commerce platform according to business
  priorities, ensuring accurate categorization, tagging, and visibility.
• Collecting and verifying product information and high-quality images from internal
  teams or external sources for accurate listings.
• Managing communication with freelance photographers, editors, and other
  collaborators to ensure timely delivery and receipt of content assets.
• Ensuring all uploads are scheduled appropriately, verifying that product listings are
  live, complete, and functioning correctly.
• Monitoring and coordinating product photoshoots to ensure that the required items
  are captured on time and aligned with the content calendar.
• Organizing the upload timeline in collaboration with marketing and merchandising
  teams; preparing and distributing assets to freelancers when necessary.
• Ensuring all required samples, products, and content materials are received on time
  for production and upload processes.
• Double-checking uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with
  launch schedules, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-Commerce operations, ideally within
  the fashion industry.
• Solid understanding of digital commerce, online customer experience, and
  omnichannel retail.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, and
  spreadsheet tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret
  data effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify
  performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and a strong visual/aesthetic sensibility.
• Genuine passion for fashion and digital commerce trends.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
