Junior Ecommerce Specialist Job Description

This role involves leveraging the EnterSoft system for data collection and analysis, generating reports to track performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with broader marketing objectives, contributing to campaign design and execution.

  • We are seeking an individual who can provide input on website design and functionality, aiming to improve the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) based on analytics insights.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone to stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends and performance marketing techniques to suggest innovative approaches for growth.
  • You will assist the Ecommerce Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the e-shop and the achievement of sales targets.
  • Using Google Analytics, you will monitor and analyze e-shop performance, extracting and interpreting data to understand customer behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.
  • This role requires supporting the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing, with a focus on optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience in analyzing digital performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads and ability to analyze their performance.
  • Understanding of performance marketing strategies and metrics, particularly ROAS.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably EnterSoft) and CMS systems (preferably custom CMS systems and Eshop Key), with an ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
