Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και εκτέλεση της στρατηγικής e-commerce της Admiral.

  • Πλήρης διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση της πλατφόρμας Magento.

  • Επίβλεψη καθημερινής λειτουργίας e-shop (παραγγελίες, αποθέματα, πληρωμές, επιστροφές).

  • Διασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη (UX/UI, mobile-first, speed optimization).

  • Διαχείριση προϊόντων: κατηγορίες, περιγραφές, τιμές, προσφορές, προωθητικές ενέργειες.

  • Συνεργασία με digital marketing για καμπάνιες (Google Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters).

  • SEO/SEM optimization και ανάπτυξη οργανικής επισκεψιμότητας.

  • Ενσωμάτωση εργαλείων CRM, automation και personalization στο Magento.

  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS).

  • Reporting σε Διοίκηση με data-driven insights για ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων.

  • Συνεργασία με IT/Developers για τεχνικές αναβαθμίσεις και ασφάλεια πλατφόρμας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Marketing, Business Administration, ή συναφή τομέα.

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4 ετών σε ρόλο e-commerce, με hands-on εμπειρία στο Magento.

  • Εξαιρετική γνώση λειτουργιών και customization της πλατφόρμας Magento.

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης project και συνεργασίας με developers/IT.

  • Εμπειρία σε SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads.

  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων reporting, CRO και digital analytics.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον

  • Εμπειρία σε retail ή fashion/sports industry.

  • Γνώση άλλων e-commerce CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce).

  • Κατανόηση performance marketing & affiliate networks.

  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης με data-driven mindset.
