Η Admiral, η μεγαλύτερη ελληνική αλυσίδα αθλητικών ειδών με έδρα την Αθήνα και ιστορία πάνω από 40 χρόνια, αναζητά E-shop Manager για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα της και να αναλάβει τη συνολική διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής του e-shop σύμφωνα με τους εμπορικούς στόχους της Admiral.

  • Επίβλεψη καθημερινής λειτουργίας (παραγγελίες, αποθέματα, επιστροφές, logistics).

  • Διασφάλιση βέλτιστης εμπειρίας χρήστη (UX/UI, mobile-first περιβάλλον).

  • Διαχείριση καταλόγου προϊόντων (φωτογραφίες, περιγραφές, κατηγορίες, τιμές, προσφορές).

  • Συντονισμός με marketing για καμπάνιες (social, performance, newsletters).

  • SEO/SEM optimization και παρακολούθηση οργανικής επισκεψιμότητας.

  • Συνεργασία με developers/IT για λειτουργικότητα, αναβαθμίσεις και ασφάλεια πλατφόρμας.

  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS).

  • Reporting αποτελεσμάτων σε Διοίκηση με προτάσεις βελτίωσης.

  • Συντονισμός και συνεργασία με Marketing, Retail, Logistics και Finance.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε e-commerce ή digital retail management.

  • Άριστη γνώση e-commerce πλατφορμών (Magento).

  • Εμπειρία σε SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads.

  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων CRM, email marketing και reporting dashboards.

  • Ικανότητες project management, οργάνωσης και multitasking.

  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με cross-functional ομάδες.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

  • Εμπειρία σε fashion/sports retail.

  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία personalization & marketing automation.

  • Ικανότητα κατανόησης trends και consumer behavior στο digital.
