Job Description

As a Boutique Shop Manager & Product Developer you will be responsible for managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources function of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

Recently based in Athens, F ZEEN RETEATS owns projects in Kefalonia and is one of the largest hospitality groups on the island. What you'll do

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Product development and research
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
• Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
• Ensure the quality of the products
• Look for marketing collaboration
• Place orders and communicate with suppliers
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
• Manage day-to-day handling of the social media
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
• Manage the e-shop
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as retail manager, product development manager or in other managerial position
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
• Degree in business administration or marketing will be considered as an asset
• Flexible for trips
