E-commerce Content Creator

The role:
The E-commerce Content Creator will be responsible for the accurate and engaging presentation of the brand to end consumers. This includes creating and managing digital content that enhances the customer experience and highlights the value of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's
    digital sales channels
    .
  • Upload products online and ensure their attractive presentation.
  • Create and update content (product descriptions, photos, banners, videos).
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns and assess their effectiveness in driving sales.
  • Track and analyze web analytics to improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and design teams.
  • Set and achieve content targets based on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English skills.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and core digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
