είναι μια εθελοντική, μη κερδοσκοπική πρωτοβουλία, η οποία ιδρύθηκε το 2022 από φοιτητές και νέους εργαζόμενους & επαγγελματίες, με κύριο στόχο την ανάπτυξη των Διαπραγματευτικών Δεξιοτήτων των νέων και τη διάδοση της κουλτούρας των Διαπραγματεύσεων στο ευρύ κοινό μέσα από διάφορες δράσεις.

H Οργανωτική Επιτροπή της ΜΝΑ αποτελείται από 10 Ομάδες:

  3. Education Team
  4. Case Creating Team
  5. Research Team
  6. Social Media Team
  7. Marketing Team
  8. Growth Management Team
  9. IT Team
  10. Finance Team

Η Social Media Team της ΜΝΑ αναζητά ένα δημιουργικό και ενθουσιώδες άτομο για τη θέση του/της
Content Creator (Volunteer)

, το οποίο θα συμβάλει στη διαμόρφωση και ενίσχυση της ψηφιακής παρουσίας της Ακαδημίας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

Δημιουργία Περιεχομένου

Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση πρωτότυπου και ελκυστικού περιεχομένου (videos, photos, carousels, posters, graphics, animations) για τα Social Media της MNA.

Αξιοποίηση Εργαλείων Δημιουργίας & Επεξεργασίας Περιεχομένου

Χρήση σύγχρονων εργαλείων (π.χ. Canva, CapCut, Veed Captions, κ.ά.) για τη δημιουργία και την επεξεργασία περιεχομένου.

Ανάλυση Απόδοσης

Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης των posts με βάση μετρήσιμα στατιστικά δεδομένα.

Επαφή με τις τρέχουσες Τάσεις & και εστίαση στην Καινοτομία

Παρακολούθηση των τελευταίων τάσεων στο Digital Marketing και στο Content Creation, με στόχο τη συνεχή βελτίωση του περιεχομένου.

Διατομεακή Συνεργασία & Brand Consistency

Συνεργασία με τις υπόλοιπες ομάδες της MNA (π.χ Education, Research,  Marketing Teams) για την υποστήριξη δράσεων και εκδηλώσεων, διασφαλίζοντας ότι το περιεχόμενο είναι ευθυγραμμισμένο με την ταυτότητα και το ύφος επικοινωνίας της Ακαδημίας.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

Προηγούμενη ενασχόληση ή εμπειρία στη δημιουργία περιεχομένου (videos, reels, posters, carousels κ.λπ.).

Εξοικείωση με βασικά εργαλεία παραγωγής και επεξεργασίας περιεχομένου (Canva, CapCut , Veed Captions, κ.ά.).

Βασικές γνώσεις SEO και κατανόηση λειτουργίας Social Media.

Δημιουργικότητα, φαντασία και ευρηματικότητα.

Συστηματικότητα, μεθοδικότητα και συνέπεια στην τήρηση deadlines.

Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προθυμία για μάθηση.
