Purpose of the Role

Plataeon SA is looking for a Junior Video Content Creator to help shape how our brands are seen and experienced online. Working across our growing portfolio of experience brands, you'll capture and craft compelling visual stories that bring our creative vision to life. From authentic behind-the-scenes moments to campaign content, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring photography and video that connects with audiences and strengthens our brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture day-to-day video and photography across our sites and events (people, interiors, lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, etc.).

· Create engaging social media content aligned with our brand tone and strategy and tailored to platform best practice.

· Support with scheduling and publishing of content.

· Although this role will not be responsible for digital analytics, the successful candidate will be able to continuously monitor performance (reach, engagement, shares) and contribute ideas for creative optimization.

· Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team and our external creative partners to ensure consistent visual storytelling.

· Support occasional marketing activities and events as needed.

Skills

· A recent graduate or early-career creative in videography, photography, or visual communications.

· Videography and editing skills, with working knowledge of tools such as CapCut or similar (Premiere Pro would be ideal but is not mandatory).

· Confident in photography, with an understanding of composition, lighting, and editing.

· Passionate about social media and creative storytelling, with an eye for trends and how to adapt them.

· Comfortable with digital tools such as Canva, Adobe, and social scheduling platforms.

· Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

· Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
