We are looking for a Content Creator to support in producing clear, compelling, and on-brand content across client and company projects. This is a role ideal for a curious writer who wants hands-on exposure to B2B content, thought leadership, and storytelling in the topics of technology and business. The ideal candidate will be creative, well-organized, and results-oriented, with working experience or knowledge in ai, tech, innovation or startups ecosystems.

In this position, you will draft, polish and adapt content for reports, articles and social media channels. You will support content creation and quality control; and help maintain 's cohesive tone of voice across touchpoints.  You will be free, if not obliged to, disrupt our way of working, proposing us new tools, methodologies, and ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging business content across topics such as innovation, technology, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.

  • Write first versions of reports, native articles, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters.

  • Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

  • Edit and proofread copy for clarity, grammar and tone consistency.

  • Prepare concise data-visualisation designs/layouts and assist in basic chart creation when needed.

  • Support the full content production lifecycle, from briefing and research to editing and publication, under senior guidance.

  • Adapt long-form content into outreach assets (Press Releases, SoMe, newsletters, etc.).

  • Coordinate with external partners (designers, media, data providers)

  • Actively participate in team reviews and contribute ideas to content strategy and formats.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in journalism, freelance, or agency experience.

  • Experience in alternative forms of content creation (short-form content, podcast, vodcast)

  • Interest in AI and LLMs as productivity tools and a willingness to learn how to use them responsibly.

  • Strong storytelling writing skills in English and Greek.

  • Attention to detail and an editorial mindset; you spot issues early and care about polish.

  • Curious, research-oriented approach, able to turn raw information into clear narratives.

  • Familiarity with standard collaboration and content tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Canva). Exposure to Jira/Confluence is a plus.

  • Basic understanding or interest in data visualisation (Excel, basic charting).

  • A growth mindset, receptive to feedback, eager to learn, iterate and develop into a more senior content role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
