Job Location:

  • Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation available)

Work Authorization:

  • Candidates must be able to work in Portugal legally. (No sponsorship option)

Job Role Summary:

  • You will partner with a portfolio of content creators to improve their engagement with the platform.
  • The goal is to help content creators get the most out of their channel and have a significant impact on their business.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level and Turkish proficiency at a C1 level or native are required.
  • Monthly performance bonus to reward outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultant to partners to develop and optimize their channels.
  • Increase platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.
  • Understand customer needs and connect them to platform features.
  • Handle many potential clients through video, email, and phone calls.
  • Manage and prioritize your content creator portfolio and follow up on opportunities over several months.

Working Conditions:

  • Headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Accommodation options are available from our client.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotational shift pattern.
  • Portuguese public holidays apply.
  • 22 days of holiday entitlement per year according to Portuguese law.
