Position Summary
FRANMAN
is seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
Administrative Assistant
to support the daily operations of the President's office. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President's office.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling company information.
