ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ:

H επίβλεψη κτιριακών και fit-out projects του ομίλου σε κτιρικά και βιομηχανικά έργα.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΕΩΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ:

· Διαχείριση Έργου: Υπεύθυνος για την οργάνωση και την επίβλεψη της κατασκευής. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει τον συντονισμό όλων των δραστηριοτήτων στο εργοτάξιο. Συντονισμό εργοδηγών, site engineers και διασφάλιση ότι το έργο προχωρά σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές, με τον προγραμματισμένο χρόνο και τον καθορισμένο προϋπολογισμό.

· Ασφάλεια στο Εργοτάξιο: Έχει την ευθύνη να διασφαλίζει ότι οι πρακτικές ασφαλείας τηρούνται στο εργοτάξιο. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει την εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων σε θέματα ασφάλειας και τη διατήρηση του εργοταξίου σε καλή κατάσταση για να αποφεύγονται ατυχήματα.

· Συντονισμός Προμηθευτών και Υπεργολάβων: Συνεργασία με προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους για την παροχή υλικών, εξοπλισμού και ειδικευμένης εργασίας.

· Επικοινωνία με Εντεταλμένους Πελάτη: Έχει την ευθύνη της διατήρησης συνεχούς και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με τους αντίστοιχους εντεταλμένους του πελάτη υπό την έγκριση και εποπτεία του Δ/ντη του Έργου. Αυτό συνεπάγεται την παροχή τακτικών ενημερώσεων για την πρόοδο του έργου, τη διαχείριση των προσδοκιών τους και την ανταπόκριση σε οποιεσδήποτε ανησυχίες ή αιτήματα έχουν.

· Λύση Προβλημάτων και Λήψη Αποφάσεων: Θα αντιμετωπίζει τυχόν προκλήσεις ή προβλήματα που προκύπτουν στη διάρκεια της κατασκευής. Επίλυση συγκρούσεων.

· Συνεργασία με Τμήματα Εταιρείας: Αναφορές στον Διευθυντή του Τομέα . Διατήρηση συνεργατικών και αποτελεσματικών σχέσεων με τα Τμήματα της Εταιρείας (Προμηθειών, Λογιστήριο κλπ.).

Requirements

ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ  Πολιτικός Μηχανικός

· Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών

· Ευχέρεια σε χρήση Η/Υ. Γνώση MS Office

ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ

· Τουλάχιστον 7 έτη εργοταξιακής εμπειρίας

· Συμμετοχή σε ομάδα έργου τουλάχιστον 2 Κτιριακών Έργων Προϋπολογισμού άνω του 1 million

ΙΚΑΝΟΤΗΤΕΣ

· Διαχειριστικές Δεξιότητες: Ικανότητα στον σχεδιασμό, την οργάνωση, και ομάδων. Διαχείρισης προϋπολογισμού έργου, θεμάτων ασφάλειας, ποιότητας κλπ.

· Ικανότητα Λήψης Αποφάσεων: Να μπορεί να παίρνει αποφάσεις γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά, ειδικά σε περιπτώσεις που απαιτούνται επείγουσες λύσεις.

· Δεξιότητες Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων: Να είναι ικανός να αναγνωρίζει και να επιλύει προβλήματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής.

· Επιμονή και Διαχείριση Δυσκολιών: Η επιμονή στην επίτευξη στόχων, ακόμα και όταν προκύπτουν εμπόδια και δυσκολίες, είναι ζωτικής σημασίας. Ψυχικό σθένος.

· Ευελιξία και Προσαρμοστικότητα: Η ικανότητα να προσαρμόζεται σε αλλαγές και απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις με ψυχραιμία και αποτελεσματικότητα.

· Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας: Πρέπει να μπορεί να επικοινωνεί αποτελεσματικά με τους προμηθευτές, την ομάδα του, τον πελάτη και τα άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας.

· Εξοικείωση με Διοικητικές δομές: Πρέπει να γνωρίζει και να είναι εξοικειωμένος με τις διαδικασίες και τις διοικητικές δομές μεγάλων τεχνικών εταιρειών, αναλύσεις.

· Γνώση Νομοθεσίας και Κανονισμών: Γνώση των νομοθεσιών και κανονισμών που διέπουν τα κατασκευαστικά έργα. Αντίληψη και κατανόηση των νομικών όρων συμβάσεων έργων.
