On behalf of our client, a well-established technical office based in Neo Psychiko, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer or Surveying Engineer to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, working closely with professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage responsibilities independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting
    property regularizations and legalization processes
    with precision and compliance.
  • Preparing and overseeing
    Building IDs
    according to legal and technical requirements.
  • Carrying out
    site surveys, measurements, and detailed documentation
    , ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to provide professional solutions and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience
    in a similar role within a technical office or construction-related projects.
  • Ability to
    work independently
    , prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong
    organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
