Role Description

We are seeking a Front Office Intern for a full-time, on-site position at O&B Athens Boutique Hotel, located in the vibrant center of Athens. The intern will be responsible for performing general receptionist duties such as managing the front desk, welcoming and assisting guests, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The individual will also play a vital role in creating a friendly and seamless guest experience while maintaining the high hospitality standards of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining a hospitality-focused demeanor.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage Appointment Scheduling efficiently and professionally.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel systems and operational tools is advantageous.
