Administrative Officer

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
The main responsibilities shall include the following:
- Manage front-desk activities, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls/emails.
- Manage office supplies stock and placing orders
- Support internal compliance and ISO-related procedures and documentation
- Prepare regular financial and administrative reports
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Maintain company databases and archives
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ISO procedures or experience in compliance/quality systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
