The recent projects located in South & North Suburbs, become the landmarks in redevelopment of Athens Riviera.
Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional? Join our team as an Office Administrator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Support HR and accounting with basic documentation.
- Ensure accurate management of contracts and systematic archiving of technical documents, designs, and commercial proposals
- Assist the team with general organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
