You will be responsible for driving growth of your brand and the achievement of financial & market share targets by leading the design and execution of the brand marketing strategy in line with country commercial strategy and relevant exports markets. As a member of the marketing team, you will be accountable and owner of delivering successful results regarding role's relevant marketing mix.

• Develop Strategic Direction & Growth Plan of the brand together with the Category Manager.
• Design, Lead and supervise implementation of Brand Marketing strategies & integrated activation of business development initiatives (BDIs) customized to Greek market needs & insights with the aim of increasing brands' awareness and sales.
• Drive business agenda & clearly communicate actionable insights and drive results across multiple teams using all available data and resources.
• Manage current portfolio & develop the necessary groundwork for mid & long term launches pipeline based on opportunities identified.
• Works across functions including supply, sales and finance to ensure smooth translation of brand strategy and plan to market.
• Drive the development & Coordinate with Media Agency the Annual & Monthly media plans formulation and implementation.
• Management of relations with CDO and impacting global strategy in constructive and proactive way to support GR market.
• Conduct consumer market research, draw conclusions and indicate actions accordingly.
• Controls Budget & Manages P&L.
• Support the Trade marketing team as required in optimizing product assortment per channel and promotional strategy.
• Support the Sales team in delivering product trainings.

• University Degree in Marketing is a must / Master's degree will be considered as an asset
• Up to 2 years working experience as Assistant Brand Manager
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Consumer Insights, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Drive Innovation, Storytelling, Creativity, FMCG/Consumer Health Experience, Brand Management.
