Assistant Brand Manager (Maternity Cover - Fixed Term Contract)

Αναλαμβάνοντας το ρόλο Assistant Brand Manager, συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση του ετήσιου πλάνου Marketing & Επικοινωνίας σύμφωνα με τη στρατηγική της εταιρείας. Συμβάλλεις στο σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή όλων των προγραμμάτων και ενεργειών της διεύθυνσης Brand Building, με στόχο την ενδυνάμωση του brand και την ενίσχυση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σου

  • Συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην υλοποίηση του ετήσιου πλάνου Marketing μέσα από ενέργειες επικοινωνίας (ATL & BTL).
  • Υλοποιείς τις ενέργειες Trade & Shopper Marketing στο δίκτυο καταστημάτων (π.χ. POP υλικά, φυλλάδια και ειδικές ενεργοποιήσεις όπως events, ad-hoc activities κτλ).
  • Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρείας, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και διαφημιστικές εταιρίες για τον συντονισμό εργασιών.
  • Αναλύεις στοιχεία πωλήσεων, αξιολογείς την αποδοτικότητα των ενεργειών που υλοποιείς κάνοντας στοχευμένες προτάσεις και παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις της αγοράς και τον ανταγωνισμό.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς το συμφωνημένο ετήσιο προϋπολογισμό δαπανών (budget).
  • Διαμορφώνεις προτάσεις για την ενίσχυση του δικτύου αναλύοντας τα στοιχεία της αγοράς.
  • Πραγματοποιείς επισκέψεις στο δίκτυο καταστημάτων μας εντός Αττικής.

Το προφίλ σου

  • Είσαι απόφοιτος-η ΑΕΙ με κατεύθυνση το Marketing και ιδανικά έχεις μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών.
  • Διαθέτεις εργασιακή εμπειρία έως 1 έτος σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Σε χαρακτηρίζει η ευελιξία και η προσαρμοστικότητα και σου αρέσει να εργάζεσαι σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.
  • Είσαι ομαδικός-η και αναλαμβάνεις πρωτοβουλίες.
