Contract Manager (The Ellinikon Mall)

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επιφορτισμένος με τη διαχείριση όλων των συμβατικών πτυχών του Έργου, σε συνεργασία με τον Διευθυντή Έργου.
  • Επιβλέπει την ορθή εκτέλεση των συμβάσεων, διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των συμβατικών όρων και εισηγείται τροποποιήσεις συμβάσεων, όταν απαιτείται.
  • Θέτει όλες τις αναθεωρήσεις στη διάθεση όλων των μερών που εμπλέκονται στο έργο.
  • Επιθεωρεί τα εργοτάξια για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου και διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές σχεδιασμού και κατασκευής.
  • Επικοινωνεί προληπτικά με τους βασικούς ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς του έργου για την τήρηση του σχεδιασμού, του πεδίου εφαρμογής και του χρονοδιαγράμματος του έργου.
  • Ερμηνεύει τις απαιτήσεις της σύμβασης για να προτείνει εναλλακτικές λύσεις σε δύσκολα και σύνθετα ζητήματα χρονοδιαγράμματος κατασκευής.
  • Βοηθά το προσωπικό του έργου σχετικά με την πρόληψη και τη διαχείριση αξιώσεων (claims).
  • Εποπτεύει την περιοδική παρακολούθηση και ανατροφοδότηση σχετικά με τη διαχείριση των έργων και τη διαχείριση των συμβάσεων κατασκευής.
  • Προσδιορίζει τους κινδύνους, παρέχει λεπτομερή ανάλυση των κινδύνων σε διάφορα επίπεδα του Κύκλου Έργου (Σχεδιασμός και Προμήθεια Έργου, Εκτέλεση και Παρακολούθηση, Κλείσιμο Έργου και στάδιο Απαιτήσεων, Λειτουργία Έργου κ.λπ.) και αναπτύσσει σχέδια αντιμετώπισής τους.
  • Διασφαλίζει την τεκμηρίωση και υποβολή αξιώσεων (claims) & τροποποιήσεων

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι Πολιτικού/Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
  • 10 έτη εμπειρίας σε έλεγχο συμβάσεων σύνθετων κτιριακών έργων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office / AutoCAD
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του λογισμικού Revit της Autodesk
