Job Opportunity: Accountant Position at a Leading Imports Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Utilize Atlantis accounting software for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or a Higher Education Institution (AEI) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proven experience with Pylon, Atlantis or other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and Greek tax regulations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καθημερινή καταγραφή και επεξεργασία λογιστικών δεδομένων.
  • Διαχείριση και εκτέλεση μισθοδοσίας για το προσωπικό της εταιρείας.
  • Προετοιμασία και έλεγχος οικονομικών καταστάσεων.
  • Έλεγχος και Καταχώριση Παραστατικών Αγορών Αποθήκης(ποσότητες και αξίες).
  • Κοστολόγηση Εισαγωγών Εξωτερικού.
  • Έλεγχος Μηνιαίας Τιμολόγησης και Παραστατικών Διακίνησης.
  • Επικοινωνία με ελεγκτές, τράπεζες και άλλα εξωτερικά μέρη.
  • Χρήση του λογιστικού προγράμματος Pylon και Atlantis για την καταχώρηση και ανάλυση δεδομένων.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σε Λογιστική ή Οικονομικά από ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ.
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση, και κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα της Κοστολόγησης και Διαχείρισης Μηχανογραφικών Αποθηκών.
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση του Pylon ή Atlantis και γενικά γνώση λογιστικών προγραμμάτων.
  • Γνώση της μισθοδοσίας και του φορολογικού συστήματος.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office, ιδίως Excel.
  • Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού, οργάνωσης και παρακολούθησης.
