Sales Engineer – Process Control & Instrumentation

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive growth in the Process Control & Instrumentation (PCI) department. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with clients across the industrial and marine sectors, offering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the process industry.

Understanding client needs and proposing suitable technical solutions.

Negotiating agreements and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and technology partners.

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support.

Qualifications & Skills


Education:
Minimum TEI Degree in Engineering or related field.


Experience:
Sales experience in the process industry or hands-on experience in process operations & maintenance.


Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with industrial automation, process control, and instrumentation.


Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills in Greek & English.


PC literacy:
Proficiency in MS Office & Windows.


Professionalism:
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.


Mobility:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
