For our Sales and Development Team located in Thessaloniki (SINDOS), we are looking for a young and enthusiastic.

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop emerging markets

  • Promote industrial and medical gases along with innovative, gas-related technical solutions

  • Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to design and implement new solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery

  • Manage key accounts and deliver high-quality services to maintain strong client satisfaction

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners

  • Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure high-value, strategic deals

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational objectives

  • Drive revenue growth and enhance overall profitability

  • Conduct business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA is considered a plus)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably within an industrial or technical B2B sales environment

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities and strong multi-tasking skills

  • Professional, polite, and compassionate in customer and team interactions

  • Highly accountable and well-organized, with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and demonstrates a proactive attitude
