We are looking for a Sales Engineer.

Our client specializes in providing innovative products and solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.

The ideal candidate will have engineering academic background and sales engineering experience in the industrial sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and prospective industrial clients to understand their technical needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, explaining product specifications, applications, and benefits.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product specifications and service requirements are aligned.
  • ​​​​​​​Prepare and present customized technical proposals, commercial offers, and pricing strategies to clients.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • ​​​​​​​Maintain a customer-centric approach through regular visits, calls, and correspondence, while working closely with the Service Team to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality after-sales support.​​​​​​​
  • Accurately record sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

​​​​​​​Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales engineering, ideally within the industrial sector.​​​​​​​
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, systems, and applications.
  • ​​​​​​​Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ​​​​​​Excellent use of Greek & English language on a spoken and written level.
  • ​​​​​​​Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • ​​​​​​​Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.
