Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος παραστατικών σύμφωνα με τα
    Ε.Λ.Π.
  • Συμφωνία
    τραπεζικών λογαριασμών, ταμείου και εμπορικού–λογιστικής
  • Διαχείριση πληρωμών και παρακολούθηση ταμειακών ροών
  • Παρακολούθηση φακέλων εισαγωγών από τρίτες χώρες
    και καταχώρηση παραστατικών εξόδων (μεταφορικά, εκτελωνιστικά, ασφάλειες, δασμοί)
  • Έλεγχος τιμολογίων και υπολογισμός δασμών και ΦΠΑ εισαγωγών
  • Υποστήριξη στην
    υποβολή φορολογικών δηλώσεων και λοιπών υποχρεώσεων
    (ΦΠΑ, ΦΜΥ, ICISNET, VIES, Intrastat)
  • Επικοινωνία με
    τράπεζες, προμηθευτές και δημόσιους φορείς
  • Συνεργασία με αποθήκες για
    έλεγχο αποθεμάτων και παγίων
  • Ενημέρωση της Διοίκησης με
    μηνιαίες οικονομικές αναφορές και δείκτες
  • Συνεργασία με
    εξωτερικό λογιστή
    για την ορθή και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση των υποχρεώσεων

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο AEI /TEI
    Λογιστικής, Οικονομικής ή παρεμφερούς κατεύθυνσης
  • Τουλάχιστον
    3 έτη εμπειρίας
    σε οργανωμένο Λογιστήριο Βιβλία Β' Γ΄κατηγορίας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση
    Ε.Λ.Π., ΚΦΕ, ΦΜΥ, ΦΠΑ, ICISNET, VIES, Intrastat My data
  • Εμπειρία με
    ERP συστήματα
    – επιθυμητή γνώση
    Entersoft
  • Η εμπειρία σε εμπορική διαχείριση
    (τιμολόγηση, παραστατικά, συνεργασία με τμήμα πωλήσεων ή εισαγωγών) θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Άριστη χρήση
    Microsoft Excel
    και υπολογιστικών φύλλων
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, μεθοδικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και συνέπεια
  • Καλή γνώση
    Αγγλικής γλώσσας
