Job Description

Remora Marine, headquartered in Piraeus, is a leading company specializing in yacht upgrades, maintenance, and outfitting. Our core operations involve delivering technical projects for Mega Yachts operating in Greek waters. We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the Project Manager in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Procure the appropriate parts, materials, and equipment as instructed by the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage communications with all project stakeholders, including technicians, subcontractors, customer representatives, suppliers, workshops, and project owners.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain documentation of project progress throughout its lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain the project's bill of accounts and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.

Education & Work Experience

  • Degree from a Technical University or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a structured business environment.
  • Previous experience in marine or yacht engineering will be considered an asset.
