Order Preparation Officer

Job Description:

The main responsibility of the Order Preparation Officer is to gather information for each project and to prepare and issue the technical instructions required by each department of our company. This includes to create the individual Production Job Folder with all necessary technical drawings and production samples.

Required Qualifications:

Veridos Matsoukis S.A. is seeking for an Order Preparation Officer with the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Arts or another related field for the industrial production.
  • Technical Understanding:
    Ability to understand technical workflows. Production routings and to solve issues that arise during production.
  • Project Management:
    Practical experience in managing projects and production orders.
  • Working with a budget:
    Ability to comprehend and evaluate financial data of a project to assign optimal resources according to the budget.
  • Cost Analysis:
    Experience in cost analysis and budget management.
  • Organization Skills:
    Ability to organize, schedule and effectively monitor projects.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Strong command of English (both written and spoken) or alternatively, knowledge of German.
  • Computer Skills:
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP & MIS systems.
  • Professional Experience:
    At least 3 or more years of experience in a technical department, production department, or a related industrial production.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of printing processes and of related production procedures.
