It provides customized solutions to meet the requirements of its customers, developing technologies, processes and gas utilization devices. Its offer is complemented by the provision of equipment, materials and management and optimization services related to the use of gasses. For its facilities in the HQ, based in Maroussi is looking for:

Credit & Collection Officer

General Mission

Support the collection process, contact customers and claim outstanding debts , enhance and improve the DSO and collection rate.

Responsibilities

follow up bank accounts, keep records and perform the allocation of the incoming payments

contact customers for balance reconciliations and payment allocation

follow up with clients, for all open balances and overdues

manages / follow up blocked orders

  • negotiate repayment plans with customers

follow up the public sector withholding taxes and duties process in order to ensure the accurate entries in SAP & collect the relative certifications

prepare and send reconciliation and dunning letters

  • support in the preparation of documentation for litigation

  • liaison officer between subcontractor and customer service, sales department and other departments to resolve customers claims

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Work experience in relative position more than 2 years

  • SAP FI, Sub-modules General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting (BA)

  • Greek GAAP

  • MS Office (Word, Excel etc) - Google Suite

Fluency in English language
