We are looking for a
Junior Credit Officer
who is eager to grow personally and professionally, thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment, and brings a critical eye to process efficiency and customer experience. As a Junior Credit Officer, you are expected to exchange ideas and interact with colleagues from other departments. At Quant, we value the right balance between initiative and guidance. You will learn to assess the value of a debt, decide on the next actions, and take responsibility of the outcome, in a challenging industry. Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Back Office team, who act as a connection and support point for the Front Office team, who communicate with borrowers directly, you need to dive deep into debt analysis: assessing borrowers' requests for amicable solutions, evaluating affordability to pay, analyzing loan securities, understanding legal actions, etc.

What You'll Do:

  • Review loan applications to make sure all information is complete;
  • Analyze borrower financials: income, expenses, assets, liabilities;
  • Summarize findings and prepare recommendations;
  • Support the team with reporting, portfolio reviews, and projects;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Requirements

  • Maximum 5 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers;
  • Familiarity with the core activities of loans and debt management;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
  • Studies in business, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master's degree will be considered an asset
