Collection & Credit Officer

On behalf of our client, a well-established insurance agency based in Metamorfosi, we are seeking a motivated executive to join their team as:
Collection & Credit Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor outstanding invoices and overdue balances
- Contact customers for balance reconciliations and payment allocation
- Follow up with clients regarding open balances and overdue payments
- Record insurance policies and related documentation
- Reconcile accounts with insurance companies and manage related portals
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist management with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar position (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English
- Familiarity with SoftOne (Series 6) will be considered an asset
