We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the technical team (approx. 20 people) and oversee Solution's Architecture along with the Technical Leads.

The role will monitor team's progress, define mechanisms and ensure optimal way of working towards achieving project's timelines and roadmaps. Moreover, close communication with external teams is essential since heavy dependencies are in place. The role will work side by side with the EPAM Project Manager, both ensuring high standards of implementation in alignment with timelines.

Join us and play a key role in a high-impact digital transformation project within the banking domain.

Please note that work from the customer's office is required 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Own Solution Architecture and review changes along with Technical Leads
  • Mentor and coach team members and lead by example
  • Monitor and track the team's progress
  • Participate with PM in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling, optimizing team effectiveness
  • Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology
  • Deliver customer projects successfully, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with EPAM processes and methodologies
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain steady project progress
  • Engage and drive extensive communication with customer stakeholders to ensure technical alignment

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Delivery management roles
  • Proven track record of managing delivery of organizations with 30+ FTEs
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or technical project management
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid SDLC
  • Exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and adaptive mindset
  • Banking domain knowledge is a plus
