Job Description:Optimal, on behalf of its client, a multinational jewelry brand with leading presence in the global market, is seeking a Store Manager, based in Athens.Scope of Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for the full operational, commercial, and people management of the store. This role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and leading a motivated, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, managing schedules, performance, and training needs.
  • Drive sales performance by adopting an omnichannel approach and fostering a customer-first culture.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, cash flow, and reporting processes in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation reflect brand identity.
  • Deliver accurate reports on sales, operations, and market trends while promoting company values and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Greek and English; computer literacy is required.
