Your purpose

As an Assistant Category, you will support the Category Manager in the daily management of your assigned product category. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and stores to ensure seamless operations. You will also collaborate closely with the Forecast & Replenishment team to optimize stock levels, contribute to the implementation of pricing strategies and promotional plans, and support the execution of planograms to ensure optimal product placement in-store.

What you will focus on

  • Communication with suppliers, internal departments, and stores to resolve issues arising from the daily operations of the department
  • Information exchange and close collaboration with the Forecast & Replenishment team
  • Implementation of the pricing policy for the product category
  • Execution of the promotional activity plan for the category
  • Implementation of planograms for the category's products

Who we are looking for

  • BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
  • Previous working experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector (preferably in food) or in product/category management will be considered a stronge plus.Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Sufficient knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset
