The Opportunity
At TP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Director to join our Global Product Engineering team.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director to lead and scale our global product portfolio at TP. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in product management, deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, customer-centric thinking, and business acumen to drive innovation and deliver value across international markets.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Define and drive the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for our software solutions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts across regions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Champion the integration of AI capabilities into product offerings to enhance user experience and business value.
- Ensure product decisions are backed by data, customer insights, and business goals.
- Represent the voice of the customer across the organization and serve as a product evangelist internally and externally.
- Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in Product Management roles within the software or technology industry.
- Certification in Business Analysis, Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified, SAFe certified, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven success in leading global product teams and launching complex digital products.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and ethical implications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
- Proactive and innovative mindset, consistently identifying and proposing improvements to software effectiveness and user experience.
- Experience with product management and design thinking principles and practices (basic understanding or hands-on experience preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 level) required.
- Experience in the customer service or contact center industry is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (e.g., executives, developers, end-users).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying root causes, finding creative solutions, and managing conflict effectively.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Achievement-oriented and customer-focused.
