Do you want to work on an interesting mix of projects across AI SaaS, hotels, and real estate? Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, get paid trips to Switzerland for team meetings, and have full autonomy, basically be the CEO of your own work?

• 100% Remote (Europe only)
• Start: July 2025 (ASAP)
• €4,000/month gross

We are a Swiss venture group with 3 growing companies and a team of 40 people:

• Novac-Solutions - Real Estate
• Hostz Hospitality - Hotel Operations
• ailean - AI SaaS for Real Estate & Hospitality

We're looking for a Creative Director with a founder mindset. Someone who doesn't wait for instructions, but takes full ownership from day one, driving branding, storytelling, and all creative output across our three companies.

This is a solo role: you'll drive strategy, concept, and execution yourself. For bigger projects, you're free to bring in freelance support, but there's no internal creative team to delegate to.

First tasks you'll own (July/August)

• Create complete branding, website, and pitch deck for our AI SaaS product ailean
• Create a hotel landing page & LinkedIn storytelling for an upcoming launch at Novac-Solutions

Important: This is not a normal design job

This is a high-responsibility role.

If you're used to asking "What layout should I use?", this job is not for you.

You're expected to run branding projects like a mini-startup:

• Set your own deadlines
• Identify missing information
• Ask the right questions early
• Get what you need to execute - and deliver without hand-holding

This is for you if you…

• Have led the brand & creative direction of a real company or funded startup (not just a portfolio project or a café or gym)
• Act like a solo founder: you manage yourself, structure projects, and take full responsibility for deadlines and results
• Understand the value of working fast with AI tools like V0 by Vercel instead of building a Framer page
• Can take a rough idea and turn it into a live product (name, identity, page, pitch deck)
• Speak and write fluent English - your storytelling and wording must be crisp
