You will lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure that each corner of our hotel reflects the exceptional service we are known for.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, guaranteeing impeccable service and cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Develop, implement, and refine efficient housekeeping procedures and standards to optimize performance
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-functioning team
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Conduct full daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with our cleanliness standards
• Supervise inventory control for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to maintain operational efficiency
• Oversee laundry operations
• Adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Certification in hospitality management is an advantage
• Ability to effectively use electronic devices, including PCs, email platforms, and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
• Hands-on, solution-driven mindset
