Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς εξέλιξής μας, αναζητούμε για άμεση στελέχωση 
συνεργάτη στον ρόλο του Key Account Manager.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες σου θα είναι:


Διαχείριση πελατών για ενίσχυση σχέσεων, κατανόηση των επιχειρηματικών τους αναγκών και αναγνώριση νέων ευκαιριών

Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση των δεδομένων των πελατών, προωθητικές ενέργειες, πληροφορίες για τον ανταγωνισμό και άλλες σχετικές πληροφορίες

Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών όπως παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών, παρακολούθηση αποστολών, follow up αυτών κ.α.

Ενίσχυση της ανάπτυξης και αύξησης όγκου πωλήσεων μέσω upselling και cross-selling, ιδίως με νέα προϊόντα.


Συνεργασία με τις ομάδες αγορών, πωλήσεων και marketing για την παροχή εξαιρετικής εμπειρίας και την ικανοποίηση των προσδοκιών των πελατών

Οι υποχρεωτικές προδιαγραφές της θέσης είναι:

Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε Β2Β πώληση και αντίστοιχη θέση.

Ισχυρή κατανόηση της διαδικασίας πωλήσεων με έμφαση στην ανάπτυξη σχέσεων και στη διαχείριση πελατών

Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων, με ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επίδρασης και διαπραγμάτευσης

Άριστη γνώση Outlook

Γνώση Αγγλικών

Γνώση Microsoft Office

Γνώση χειρισμού ERP προγράμματος
