We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team In this role, you will act as the primary link between our most important partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth. From understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions to monitoring commercial and operational KPIs, you'll be at the heart of our client success strategy.

What you'll do:

Develop and maintain solid relationships with efood's key clients

Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives

Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams

Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations departments to ensure that both company's & key clients' needs are met
-
Compile and monitor reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

Monitor commercial KPIs of the key partners aiming for their continual growth

Track operational KPIs of the key partners & take actions in alignment with the Ops dpt to keep them healthy

Proven experience in Sales & Key Account Management
