K22 Global Traders is a long‑established, fast‑moving consumer‑goods partner trusted by major retailers across Greece. Two flagship brands are ready for their next growth chapter—and that's where you come in.

What you'll own

· Full P&L responsibility for two high‑profile consumer brands

· Act as the primary contact for the top 10 retailers in organized trade, leveraging existing relationships to drive listings, pricing, and joint business plans

· Build and execute annual customer plans, including in‑store activations and e‑commerce initiatives

· Track and optimise promotional spending, ensuring ROI and budget compliance

· Lead trade‑marketing & product‑placement strategy: plan planograms, manage POP materials, and secure prime shelf visibility

· Monitor market trends & competitor moves, translating insights into decisive actions

· Rally cross‑functional teams (demand planning, supply chain, finance) for flawless execution

· Report directly to the Commercial Director and contribute to strategic planning

About you

· Over 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Category or Trade Marketing within FMCG

· Demonstrated success managing key accounts in Greece's organised trade; existing network inside the top chains is a big plus

· Strong negotiation, analytical and financial‑acumen skills; comfortable with Nielsen/IRI, ERP and Excel modelling

· Proven ability to manage trade‑marketing budgets and evaluate promo ROI

· Fluent Greek & business‑level English

· Self‑starter who thrives in an agile, entrepreneurial environment

· University degree in Business, Economics or related field (MBA a plus)
