Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece's first digital-only bank. That's where you come in.

We are looking for a Transformation & Change Manager to join our dynamic team; a motivated and detail-oriented professional who has delivered complex, cross-functional initiatives before. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving change in a fast-growing company, where excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ensure success in their role. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, gather requirements, analyze data over specific projects.
  • Ownership and supporting project management activities related to the implementation of company's strategic initiatives.
  • Formulate and manage project taskforce.
  • Lead change management efforts by preparing communication plans and training materials for end-users.
  • Coordinate project plans development, progress tracking, reporting, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within scope.
  • Detailed documentation on complex initiatives, process definition, success evaluation, handover documentation if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making.
  • Prepare materials for executive presentations and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
