Chess and Golf is our current focus. We support and manage talent, are consulting clubs and leagues to develop a sustainable ecosystem for their needs and targets. We operate on an international level and have offices in Munich and Athens.

We are looking for a manager talent and events (Hybrid)

This exciting opportunity sits at the intersection of sports, entertainment and talent management. The Project Manager will be a key driver in acquiring, developing, and supporting the individuals who make our live sports and entertainment events successful. This includes and is focused on athletes, chess masters, Golf Pro's and Creators.

We are creating unique events and are touring in Europe. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, you understand the sports and event industry. You consider yourself as someone with exceptional project management and communication skills.  You know how to navigate in the social media space of influencer and sport talent. Our focus is on chess and golf, so it would be very helpful to be familiar with these sports. As a start-up we expect an entrepreneurial approach and ambition to become potentially a shareholder in the company.

Our projects are of international nature. You are fluent in English and at least in one other language. This is a Hybrid role, and you can be based in Munich or Athens. Alternative Locations can be considered.  

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Lead projects and collaborations for our talent, from athletes to Creators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all partners of the creator eco system, like  sponsors, events and tournaments and all other industry professionals.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Co- Manage contract negotiations and onboarding processes.

Event Management:

  • Collaborate with event organizers to define talent needs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee talent logistics, including travel, accommodation, and on-site support.
  • Manage talent schedules and ensure their needs are met throughout events

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for talent-related initiatives.
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project or event management, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sports landscape, including talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media and content production
