What You'll Do

Business Development

  • Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across Greece to expand our presence
  • Lead sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and revenue, in cooperation with the Headquarters in China
  • Develop sales strategies, propose promotional offers, and customer engagement programs
  • Conduct monthly reports and analysis on orders, product portfolio and sales
  • Monitor and research industry trends and competitors to inform business strategy
  • Strengthen relationships and communication with clients, salons, sub-distributors, and other partners

Operations Management

  • Oversee all daily business operations, including inventory and procurement.
  • Implement and monitor operational systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
  • Report upon core KPIs (sales, profitability, expenses, customer satisfaction) to HQ in China
  • Ensure full compliance with Greek & international regulations on health, safety, and cosmetic standards
  • Optimize systems, policies, and workflows (including ERP) for efficiency & quality

Team Leadership

  • Train, mentor, and inspire a dynamic, motivated sales team
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and foster ongoing professional growth
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or related field
  • Experience
    :
  • 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Product Education or Operations
  • Prior experience in
    nail gel,
    cosmetics, beauty, personal care industry
    will be
    strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to summarize strategic conclusions
  • Excellence in the use of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building
  • Leadership along with team collaboration skills
